UPA runs on volunteer effort. If you’d like to contribute and become a team member, vacant positions are below with a suggested number of hours per week. If you’d like your volunteering to be more ad-hoc and task-based, please let us know you’d like to join the general volunteer team. Looking forward to hearing from you!
Vacant Positions
Volunteer Coordinator
3-4 hours per week
As Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the first port of call for new volunteers. You’ll need to develop and lead volunteer training as well as helping assign tasks and ensuring our volunteer team have all they need.
Fundraiser
2-3 hours per week
The most critical role at UPA! We need support to action our fundraising plan. Various postions available including leading our quarterly raffles (finding prizes and selling tickets to our members).
Preferred Partners Project Lead
2-3 hours per week
You will be leading the development of the ‘Preferred Partners’ section of UPA website, identifying potential industry partners and liaising with them.
